Chefs Night Out is back in Valparaiso, and the next gathering is set for Tuesday, April 28, at 6:00 PM at El Salto Mexican Restaurant.
This special evening brings local chefs, restaurant owners, spouses, and community members together for a night of food, drinks, stories, and connection. It continues what has quickly become one of Valpo’s most enjoyable dining traditions.

What is Chef’s Night Out?
Chefs Night Out gives the Valparaiso community a chance to enjoy an evening with the people behind their favorite restaurants. It is not just dinner. It is a shared experience built around great food and meaningful connection.
Guests can join the Chefs Table or order from the regular menu while still enjoying the full experience. Chefs will move through the dining room, visit tables, and connect with guests throughout the night.

This dinner highlights El Salto’s USDA steak and sets the tone for a night centered on bold flavor and community.
