The August 17th Mayor’s Farewell Celebration is Saturday!

Pikk’s, Ricochet & Don Quijote couldn’t be more excited to be serving what they describe as a culinary experience at Saturday’s downtown party from 5-8pm.

After much anticipation, Paul Loduca from Pikk’s, Darren from Ricochet and Carlos from Don Quijote are revealing the menu’s for this special event!

Pikk’s– Mini Pikk’s Burgers, BBQ Pork Sliders, guacamole & chips, Buttermilk Fried Chicken Wings with Spice Sauce, Shrimp Cocktail

Ricochet Tacos– Smoked Brisket Street Taco,Walking Taco Pistol Pie, Veggie Tacos

Don Quijote– Authentic Spanish Veggie Paella, Tapa: Mushrooms sauteed with garlic, Marinated vegetable salad (Ensalada Campera) in a vinaigrette. Shrimp sauteed with garlic, Spanish Chorizo w/ peppers & onions, Apple cinnamon cake w/ almond slices
